Launch Party-Free Lunch and Aromatherapy Gifts

You are invited to help me celebrate in the launch of my new business, Nurture & Nourish Houston Doula. This event is open to all Houston-area women who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or are mothers of young children-please invite your friends! As a birth doula who specializes in nutrition for pregnancy & postpartum mothers as well as holistic comfort measures such as aromatherapy, I will provide a comforting lunch with dishes designed to satisfy all your nutritious needs and cravings during pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding.

We will also have an aromatherapy “Make and Take” station set up so you can make your own lotions, bath salts, body butters, and massage oils designed for your specific needs to take home as special gifts. Some of my special aromatherapy recipes include body butter for reducing appearance of stretchmarks, massage oil to reduce back-aches, and lotions to help relieve anxiety or for restful sleep. I will have special guests in attendance including an MD, an expert in aromatherapy, and a holistic chiropractor to provide guidance and to answer any questions you may have about your health during pregnancy or postpartum.

I am so excited to be starting my business designed to support, comfort, and empower women during this incredibly special time of their lives, and I can’t wait to share my hard work and passion with you. Attendance is completely free, and all mothers are welcome to bring their young children to join in the fun.
